Designed for education leaders, this immersion is a 10-day comprehensive and high-touch exploration of Ghana's education landscape. Participants stay in premier accommodations, travel to Cape Coast and the Volta Region, and engage directly with educators, administrators, and policymakers shaping the future of learning in West Africa. The program includes multi-day attendance at the eLearning Africa Conference (June 3–5), Africa's leading convening on digital learning, with guest dialogues integrated throughout. Designed for undergraduate and graduate students, the immersion is an 8-day academic and professional development experience built around Ghana's education ecosystem, cultural heritage, and global innovation landscape. Students will visit K–12 schools and the University of Ghana at Legon, attend the eLearning Africa Conference, and engage with the history of the African Diaspora at sites such as Cape Coast Castle. The program develops cross-cultural communication, leadership, and global awareness, and is designed to connect classroom learning to a real-world context.
