Upcoming IMMERSIONS
Conscious Immersion is a curated professional and cultural journey for people who want context, access, and transformation, not just photos. Each immersion is more than a trip; it’s a curated experience where culture, history, and opportunity converge. Our journeys include guided reflection, group dialogue, and intentional moments to process what you’re experiencing individually and collectively. Whether exploring Ghana’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, retracing ancestral roots along the coast, or engaging with educators and policy leaders, every journey fosters connection, reflection, and impact.
In addition to our signature offerings, we curate bespoke programs for universities, organizations, and private groups seeking tailored experiences. Interested in a curated experience for your team or organization? Reach out to us to begin designing a Conscious Immersion that aligns with your goals.

HEALTH, WELLNESS & HEALING
Designed for nurses, physicians, healthcare administrators, public health professionals, and wellness leaders, this 8-day immersion takes participants inside Ghana's healthcare ecosystem — from public hospitals and nursing schools in Accra to Cape Coast's legacy of the transatlantic slave trade, where history and clinical science converge in a facilitated dialogue on the physiological legacy of the Middle Passage. The journey culminates in the Volta Region, where participants join the Addae Family Foundation to personally deliver donated medical supplies to 10 health facilities serving 90,000 people in Ghana's North Dayi District. This is professional development, cultural homecoming, and purposeful service — all in one.

It is a working immersion into how a nation designs, funds, and constructs its next chapter, from housing and infrastructure to climate-resilient development and the policy environment that shapes it all. This immersion is built for anyone ready to reconnect with their body, their breath, and their roots, whether you're lacing up for the race itself or simply walking beside those who are.
